2019 Ball raises over £26k

Family run charity, Libby Mae’s Little Angels, raised £26,348 at their annual ball held at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham on 5th October.

The ball was sponsored by Arbury Motors and this year, all funds from the ball are going towards a Baby Leo Incubator at Heartlands Hospital. The specialised piece of equipment is worth £26,000 and is vital for saving babies’ lives. Libby Mae’s Little Angels managed to raise enough to cover the full cost of the machine.

The ball was hosted by the fabulously talented and funny guy Will Mellor and celebrity guests included The Only Way is Essex stars, Jon and Chris Clarke. The brothers attended the ball and hosted the raffle. Speaking about the event, Chris said, “It was such a lovely event to be part of. What the family is doing is amazing and we’re so happy that they managed to raise so much money!” 

The Bromsgrove based charity is dedicated to offering their support to all 18 neonatal units across the region and has raised over £350,000 to date.
